Position: Senior Clinical Research Associate Location: Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir in Turkiye

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and conduct site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits in accordance with study protocols, regulatory guidelines, and Chiron Medical CRO standard operating procedures.
2. Provide mentorship and support to Clinical Research Associates, ensuring their professional growth and development.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and review clinical trial protocols, monitoring plans, and other study-related documents.
4. Oversee the resolution of complex data discrepancies and implement corrective actions as needed.
5. Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ICH guidelines, and relevant regulatory requirements.
6. Act as a point of contact for clinical trial sites, addressing inquiries and providing guidance throughout the duration of the trial.
7. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies for assigned studies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field; advanced degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a demonstrated progression of responsibilities.
3. In-depth knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and global/local regulatory requirements.
4. Proven leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
5. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment.
